Aloha! I have a few minutes so I thought I'd post this little photo of Matt displaying some artistic talent. This week it's a pineapple ice cream sculpture made from pineapples fresh from the Dole Plantation. I think it may be a self portrait/sculpture. But, I am not entirely sure . . . Anyways, most people were entirely impressed and many snapped pictures. He drew a large crowd as people battled for a space to watch the master at work. It was funny. He was proud of himself.
